Why not be ready for bathing suit season year round!??!

If you have spent any amount of time here on the blog or on my Instagram you probably know I am obsessed with the Faster Way to Fat Loss program... I just can't shut up about it!

But here is the thing... last year around this time I was feeling awful. Tired and crabby all the time, my jeans were always tight, I was staring down turning 40 and was putting on a few pounds here and there that just would NOT come off.  After a few years of putting on just a "few pounds" - it had caught up with me.  Having my clothes not fit was a big bummer, feeling bloated and like I had no energy was even worse.  It seemed like the general consensus on the internet was: you turn 40, you gain weight... get used to it. So add "hopeless" to the pile of emotions I was feeling.  Finally by the New Year of 2018 my husband and I were fed up and willing to try anything.

I had witnessed quite a few bloggers have a lot of success with FWTFL but I didn't know if it was for me... was it really difficult? Would it take a ton of time to meal plan and work out? And dang, it was kind of expensive! All of those negative thoughts were swirling in our head.   But in the end my husband and I figured we had nothing to lose (but the extra weight!) and jumped in head first!

What we love about this program is that it is a LIFESTYLE - it was built to be very doable for the 7 week program. But more importantly it was made to work for much longer as well. My husband and I have been doing the program for almost 10 months now and we feel great, the weight is long gone and we finally have a sustainable routine to keep the weight off or if we slip up, the road map for how to get it off again (which hasn't happened, but hey even if it does we know just what to do to get back on track!).  This isn't a diet where you shed the weight and then the minute you stop doing the program you gain it all, plus some, back. To get started we did two rounds of the program, one round to "learn" it and another to "perfect" it.  Since then we've followed the plan on our own and it's become second nature.  This program is a combination of intermittent fasting (done the right way, we are NOT starving ourselves or skipping meals which can be dangerous), carb cycling (which was a new concept to both myself and my husband) and tracking macros (instead of counting calories).

This program is different from what you have tried before because it's NOT starving yourself, it's NOT eliminating entire food groups (gluten and dairy are suggested to leave out during the program, since completing our first round we have reintroduced it).  There are room for treats (like donuts, beer or wine!) and if anything there were days I found myself eating more than I was used to, thankfully without the guilt!  That's why this is such an easy LIFESTYLE because you are saying "yes" more than you are saying "no."

So what are you waiting for? Seriously? Are you ready to feel your BEST self with no guilt? Are you ready to FINALLY shed those pounds that are creeping up on you? Are you ready to buy yourself some new jeans (I promise you will need them after you are done with this program!)? With the holidays on the horizon, this is the PERFECT time to head into Thanksgiving and Christmas confidently and knowing you won't feel bloated and gross when they are done. And what if you got to  the NEW YEAR and you for once didn't have a resolution to lose weight. Wouldn't that be AMAZING!?!?  I would LOVE for you to join me! Sign up for the next round here.
