my everyday style: getting fit with Old Navy activel

Oh January... the month of fresh starts and mandatory workouts.  Even if it weren't for our New Years resolutions (if you make them) it was just mere weeks ago we were eating cookies, taking two trips to the Christmas buffet at grandma's house and drinking champagne like it was the end of the world. Post holiday waistlines are not to be envied.

My workout of choice is some good old fashioned walking and with a heaping side of Pilates (which I call the anti-gravity work out - it seriously lifts and tones). Whatever your workout of choice may be, make sure to make Old Navy be your partner in crime for all the waistline busting you will be doing this month and through out the year.   I love their compression pants and sports bras the most, and they have great tees, tanks and jackets (a must have this time of year) to compliment your workout too.  Right now the entire Old Navy active line is up to 40% off online and in store... so there is no excuse not to update your workout wardrobe and get going on all your goals for 2014!

On another note, today's post is my last in a year long project with Old Navy... once a month for the past year I have brought you great looks all courtesy of Old Navy. It has been such a great time and I am so thankful to Old Navy and to the team at FM that supported us through the whole project.  I look forward to continuing to shop at Old Navy in the future... I've always been such a fan of them!  If you want to see all the posts and outfits I created for Old Navy you can find them here.
