6 ways to style a graphic tee!

I am BACK with another SIX WAYS TO STYLE post for you ladies! If you are just tuning in you can see previous '6 ways to style' posts HERE including six ways to style leggings, a moto jacket, a chambray shirt and a t-shirt dress.  For these posts I am shopping my closet to come up with six outfits based around one wardrobe staple - today it is the graphic tee.  I love pulling these posts together because while the outfits are anything super special, it just goes to show that when you shop for versatile pieces for your closet you can make your closet really work for you on a daily basis.  You may like all of these looks or maybe just one or two will speak to you - but either way I hope it gives you some inspiration on how to use your closet in new ways!

Today I am styling up a classic closet favorite and that is the GRAPHIC TEE.  I love that there are so many fun styles to choose from and that this is a budget friendly wardrobe staple.  Whether you like rock band tees, a quirky quote, an inspirational quote or a classic Mickey Mouse tee (I'm partial to the  big mouse!) you can really GO WILD and show your personality here while still making a graphic tee be a very versatile piece.

I chose this GOOD VIBES tee (I mean, I can use all the good vibes I can get... especially getting through this last part of winter) but feel free to swap it for a tee that you already own or one that speaks to you more. I don't think you can really mess up these looks in any way - they contain such classic elements... so have some fun with your graphic tee choice!

And don't forget to head on over to Instagram later today where I will have try on videos of all these outfits on my Instagram stories and the full video on my IGTV channel!

I have to confess I saw I woman wearing an almost exact outfit to this one while out and about last fall and I was so inspired I bought some camo pants right away! They are so chic and fun to wear and camo is a trend from last fall that is sure to carry over to spring as well.  I love 'dressing up' a graphic tee here with the camo pants and leather loafer mules. This look is stylish and a little trendy while still being very wearable for day to day responsibilities. (shop the pieces: tee, camo pants, mules)

Outfit 2 (above)
This is probably the outfit I tend to pull together the most when it comes to a graphic tee. A graphic tee and a cardigan seem like the perfect match to me.  This look is perfect for transitioning from winter to spring because it's warm enough to wear now and later without the cardigan.  (shop the pieces: tee, cardigan, jeans, similar ankle boots)

Outfit 3 (above)
The high waisted straight leg denim trend is here to stay for spring! I will admit it's a trend that takes some getting used to - but it's worth trying, especially with this budget friendly pair! Here I paired the graphic tee and high waisted jeans with slip on sneakers and a moto jacket. It's an easy mom-on-the-go look for weekend errands or play time at the park with the kids. (shop the pieces: teemoto jacket, jeans, sneakers)

Outfit 4 (above)
I am getting super excited for shorts weather. When it finally arrives or if you are traveling somewhere warm this spring - this outfit combo is SO easy and comfortable. Simply pair a graphic tee with your favorite denim shorts, a utility jacket and my favorite: gold Birkenstocks.  This look is perfect for sightseeing on spring break or getting to the park or running errands with the kids once the weather warms. (shop the pieces: tee, similar jacket, shorts, Birkenstocks)

Outfit 5 (above)
I think I am partial to this outfit over all the others because pairing white jeans with a denim jacket is one of my all time favorite combos. It's so fresh and easy to pull together. This look is perfect with espadrilles for spring break shopping or for lunch with friends this spring. (shop the pieces: teedenim jacket, jeans, espadrilles)

Outfit 6 (above)
You just HAD to know I would include my favorite Spanx leggings too! I've been living in these leggings all winter and I don't plan on putting them away just yet. I love the tee and leggings for a rainy day around the house or a day of running ALL the errands. Add a little sweatshirt around the waist for if it gets chilly (or just to conveniently cover the bum!) and you are set to go! (shop the pieces: tee, sweatshirt, leggings, sneakers or less expensive option)

If you are looking for a fun selection of graphic tees... I found some here for you!
