my everyday style: cold snap!

This past weekend we had a crazy fall cold snap… it was a little sad to be honest. Because while I am singing the praises of this glorious fall we have been having, the truth is that cold and snow is right around the corner.  I am in complete denial that winter is almost here!

The only thing that makes the impending cold weather a little better!?!?  Fun cold weather clothing of course… boots, flannel, coats and the opportunity to layer them all up is the silver lining for cold weather in my book!

I didn't mind one bit breaking out a pair of warm boots and a flannel to put together this simple fall outfit.
