my everyday style: basics.

Sometimes the day calls for the most basic of basics.  When warmth and comfort reign supreme layers win!  I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable and warm this silk shirt was under my sweatshirt.  I don't have a lot of experience owning or wearing silk but I can see the pull.  It feels like you are wearing your warmest sweater and like nothing, all at the same time. (except when you are standing outside in the freezing temps… I admit, I look COLD in these pictures!)
