What lady doesn't love little samples galore to test out and to pamper yourself with?
I was most excited to dig into the two BB Cream samples. One from Maybelline and one from L'Oreal. Lately I have been really enjoying using a BB Cream each morning and I loved the opportunity to try two side by side at once! All the BB Creams are so different, so it was cool to see them directly compared. (on the left is Maybelline and on the top/right is L'Oreal) The Maybelline BB was creamy and translucent and blended well. The L'Oreal was thicker with really great coverage. Both had different strengths.
I also really liked the Aveeno Protect + Hydrate lotion... it's an SPF 30 that also has plenty of moisture power. This summer I have been feeling like the standard SPF is too drying for my skin... so I was thrilled to experiment with this lotion. It's ideal for everyday wear or just slapping on at the pool. That is just the type of versatility I need with an SPF these days.
