my outfit: green & black layers!

The weather has definitely cooled off for good and it's a little comical to go from "planning and scheming" about fall clothes to actually wearing them.  Once I start staring at the sweaters in my closet there is a feeling of resignation... as in 'here we go'.  It's just me and these 12 or so odd sweaters until March (or later) - not as romantic of a sensation as shopping for sweaters and blazers in August is.  It's go time people.
