I'm very excited for the fresh start that fall brings this year. Even though there is a lot of change for our family this season with our son going to college, it still feels like a perfect time for a reset. Cooler mornings and evenings are a tactile reminder of this new season and this new season of life for our family. I'm excited for more windows open in the afternoons, warm drinks in the mornings and cozy football watching on the weekends. For the kitchen I first grabbed some hyacinth woven placemats that are great for family dinners since they wipe down so easily and some gorgeous new water glasses in blue and wine glasses in brown. They are stunning in person and great for everyday use and entertaining alike. And what would a fall refresh be without a new candle? It's mandatory and this linen scent is really nice for those crisp, windows open fall days.
