how to style a graphic tee: dressed up & dressed down!

I'm not usually one to go for graphic tees. Let's get that out of the way right off the bat. But this winter I have fallen for them a bit... they are cheeky and oddly sophisticated all at the same time. I'm partial to the select graphic tees that J.Crew has carried lately, but other shops like Forever 21 and H&M also have some of these fun tops as well. And it goes without saying... these will carry over to spring easily (oh spring!).

They are surprisingly versatile and fun to dress up and dress down. In order to keep them looking stylish and classic instead of frumpy pair them with your favorite neutrals and always a little something to take the look up a notch like a scarf, a great pair of earrings or even some pumps. Here are two ways to style a graphic tee... dressed up & dressed down.
