Target for spring!

Just really quickly... I am behind on posting and just spent the morning running errands with my little gal... we went to Target to pick up spring clothes for her (I just LOVE Target for little girls clothes).  But, surprise, surprise I found TONS of items for myself!

I haven't shopped for myself at Target in a while, so I was very pleased to find some great stuff at, of course, great prices!

I snagged this dress (looks better IRL)... I know!?!? A dress? Me?  I love it though!

This top... (again, what is up with Target models... looks way better on!)

(top)

And this red/orange tee... You know I have been loving bright red for spring!

(tee)

I got a few other things that will be showing up on the blog soon (I'm sure!)... but this is at least a little peek!

p.s. I am still hemming and hawing about these shoes... I've posted about them before, but still haven't bought them. I tried them on again this morning and LOVE them... I'm just worried that they aren't very practical? Thoughts? Encouragement?

i just bought that shirtdress too (in teal)! It looks 10 times better in real life, that model isn't doing it justice. Actually, Target's whole website isn't doing itself any favors :( can't wait to see how you style it up!

Love that dress! As for the shoes, the bottoms look exactly like the clogs I bought this fall (the same sole with different upper) and they aren't hard to walk in at all - I can grocery shop in them with no issues. So go forth, they are practical :o)

Re: Target shoes. I have a motto when it comes to shoes. "Go big or go home." So go big and get them!!!

The shirts are adorable! Meanwhile I have almost those exact shoes from last season. They can be worn with almost anything. More importantly they seem to be comfortable enough to take me anywhere. I think it's the chunkier heel.Check out Elaine at Clothedmuch.com. She has those heels and wears them with almost every outfit. Plus she has wide feet. Maybe she'll help give you some inspiration!

I bought that red/orange tee and I love it! Buy the sandals! There is a pair at my Target calling my name, too.

Great finds! I'm loving that red/orange color right now, too. I actually noticed it this morning..it's the color of the lid to the Kate Spade Twirl body lotion. The lotion bottle itself is hot pink. Two colors I would never put together, but they work together surprisingly well. I may have to work them into an outfit together, if I'm brave enough.

I just spent yesterday at Target looking for my daughters and I. I was excited to see all the famous designers back again. I think I need to go back and get that shirtdress. I love the t-shirts. I got these sandals and LOVE them and already have friends that said they look like their $150 ones from Nordstrom and very jealous.

I just bought those sandals for a trip to Florida last week. The are FAB! I bought the natural color and they looked great with almost everything I brought with me (shorts, dresses, skinny jeans). They run about 1/2 size big, IMO.

I hope you bought some of the Go dress collective on your TarJay trip!! Some very cute ones. The Thakoon printed dress was on my list and I tracked it down at a Seattle store this morning. YAY!

So glad to see that the clothes look better in person. Target has such a crappy website!

I have a pair of shoes that are very similar to those. At first, I was also skeptical...but now am finding myself wearing them with everything! Jeans, skirts, dresses, and even shorts with the right top combo! I say go for it! :)
