wardrobe consult: Ms. C!

I just loved pulling together this recent wardrobe consult for Ms. C!  She is a mom to a toddler and a part time creative business owner.  She wanted her looks to be both creative and pulled together, while being appropriate for motherhood.  I worked to pull together simple but refined looks that would fit here lifestyle.

I love the way these outfits turned out... they look comfortable and accessible (both for her and her clients)...

wardrobe consult: Ms. T!

I recently did a fun wardrobe consult for a sweet gal that just had a baby! Ms T was in the situation that a lot of new moms are in (heck, I was in the same place after having both of my kids)... she's not fully back to her pre-pregnancy weight but still wants to look and feel totally awesome!  If the baby weight is taking it's time to get out of town, there is no reason to not invest in some great transitional pieces.

Ms T is drawn to neutrals and layers and Tory Burch shoes (love!)... here is just a little peek at a few of the outfits I pulled together for her!

Ms. K is a going to be a new grad student this fall and needed a few looks that would take her from class, to her on-campus job and the weekends.  Classic and casual looks that are layered and stylish was my goal for her.

wardrobe consult: Ms. A!

I have been busy as can be with wardrobe consults lately!  A lot of you ladies are ready to start looking and feeling your best this fall... and I can't blame you!   Fall is a great time for a wardrobe consult, it's like the whole world presses re-set and it's a great time to work over your wardrobe as well.

wardrobe consult: Ms. E, new stay-at-home mom!

Today's wardrobe consult is for Ms. E... she recently became a mother and is not only transitioning into her role as a mom... but that of a stay-at-home mom as well.  Both of those can be very big adjustments!  And while confessing that she has been spending way too much time in sweats these days... she is ready to turn that all around.

She was looking for simple outfits to fit her stay-at-home mom lifestyle and only had a $300 budget.  Stylish, simple and machine washable were all requirements!  Here I pulled together some looks to take her from spring to summer...  here is a peek at just a few of the looks I pulled together for her.

Here are just a few of the looks that I pulled together for Ms. A. recently.  She is a stay at home mom to three little ones that is looking to update her wardrobe for spring and summer.  She wanted to include some of the bold colors of the season with practical pieces that were also easy to wear - nothing too short or too tight.

I love how all of these outfits are still practical without sacrificing style.  When it come to what as a stay at home mom, I always say to mix and match the basics with a few fun trendy pieces!

wardrobe consult: Ms. J!

I recently pulled together a wardrobe consult for Ms. J and thought it would be fun to share a few of the outfits here... J. is a part-time professional and when she's not working she is caring for her three children. She wanted some stylish and put-together outfits that would be ideal for a working mom - both for her time out of the office or for a casual day in the office.

I pulled together some simple basics with some fun patterns and color thrown in as well!

wardrobe consult: Ms. M!

Ms. M emailed me recently that she was headed to a hip & fun baby shower in sunny California and wanted a few outfits pulled together for her.  I put together three fun and graphic looks that are trendy and modern.  Her budget was $200 - so each of these outfits is at or around only $200.  Not bad for a full outfit for an event, huh?

wardrobe consult: Ms. E!

Today's wardrobe consult features a few outfits I recently pulled together for Ms. E.  She is a full time college student that wants to add some maturity and sophistication to her wardrobe.  She's starting to look at internships and wants business casual outfits that can double duty for classes as well.  I chose some fun and colorful pieces and paired them with classics like skinny jeans, black pants and a blazer to get a youthful but still mature look.

wardrobe consult: Ms. K!

Today's wardrobe consult was for Ms. K - she wanted outfits for her business to business casual work environment.  It was important to her to feel pulled together and to look her age.  She just turned 30, so she is still young enough that she wants to appear youthful, but old enough where it's important to look mature as well.  Especially since her work often times includes working with college students - her looks needed to set her apart as a professional.

I pulled together some modern classics that are fun but still sophisticated.  I am in love with the fresh feel of the navy blazer and navy trousers in particular - they make such great staples!  Here are a few of her looks:

wardrobe consult: Ms E!

Today's wardrobe consult  is for Ms. E, and similar to this recent consult she wanted a good mix between work and casual clothes and everywhere in between.  Buying refined tops that look just as good with flats and jeans as they do with trousers and pumps is definitely the key.  And as usual I picked several neutral pieces to off-set a few fun and bold pieces like the green top and pink pants.  This was a really fun wardrobe consult to put together!  Take a peek at just a few of the looks!
