amazon try on session!

Today I've got a new Amazon try on session... I swear I get going down such a rabbit hole there sometimes! Today I've got some sweaters from some of my favorite Amazon brands. Since Amazon can be so overwhelming to navigate I keep a few specific brands in the back of my mind when shopping. These are the brands that I've purchased from before and love... so there aren't too many surprises.  I will say today that there are some very clear winners and losers. Which isn't too rare with Amazon. A few of the items are really great though... so let's take a look!

white cable knit sweater (above)

Thoughts: I actually ordered this late last winter in the beige color and the color was weird for me. I love the white much more and the cut is fabulous. A little more fitted, a tiny little puff sleeve detail on the sleeve and beautiful cables.

Sizing: I went with my usual size small.

Styled with: black jeans, similar mules

brown/camel cardigan (above)

Thoughts: I LOVE this sweater.... but. The fabric is great, the cut is great but the color is so weird. It's described as "camel" but it's much more of a dingy brown. I would definitely go back for this one in one of the other colors though. It's so cute for fall and works well with jeans but would be great with leggings too. There is NO wool in this one so it's not itchy at all.

Sizing: Runs very big, I am in my usual size small but would need an XS. I highly recommend going down a size.

grey ruffle neck sweater (above)

Thoughts: Okay this is SO cute and a little outside of the box for me. The fabric is really unique and beautiful. This would be gorgeous layered with a utility jacket or trench coat for the ruffle neck detail to really show. This has no wool either, so no itch!

Sizing: I got my usual size small but this seems a little too big. I would consider sizing down if you are between sizes

Thoughts: This is the true winner of all the pieces here. The fabric is just gorgeous and also no wool so it's great for early fall. I love that the fabric lays super flat and drapes well. This sweater looks and feels so much more expensive than it is! I highly recommend this one! I love the tunic length that works so well with leggings for a casual athleisure look.

Sizing: I am in my usual size small.  Fits true to size.

olive ribbed mock neck sweater (above)

Thoughts: Okay, so this one is pretty but the color is super off for me. The olive color seems more brown, which is odd. The sweater is nice and lightweight - great for early fall and the ribbing is so pretty. Plus I love the balloon sleeve.

Sizing: I went with my usual size small. Fits true to size.
