Let's talk Fourth of July plans, shall we! It's time to dish... what are your Fourth of July traditions? Fireworks? Family? Parades? Picnics? Is there a plan in place this year? Are you more of a wing-it type family for Fourth celebrations? I would love to know! We usually take in the local parade - I can't resist all the homespun floats and of course the kids love all the candy and the fire trucks. I mean, who doesn't love a good fire truck at a Fourth of July parade? Then we usually head to the pool for the afternoon to cool off and then attempt a little disco nap before the main event: the fireworks! I love it all. It's definitely a day our family looks forward to all year!

This year the Gleason family is switching it up a bit and hitting the road for the holiday week. We are headed to the oceanside and I'm so excited to make some new memories and traditions and see how other communities celebrate the holiday.
