26 of 30... w is for warm!

And B is for Bulky. This outfit is a) bulky and b) warm. That's just what I get I suppose. But hello, it's winter and it's cold and it's snowy. At the beginning of the Challenge I could leave the house in a light jacket - no longer is that the case! "Brrr, baby!" As I like to say.

While I am working on stating the obvious here... I thought I would mention that I know how leg warmers got their name. They really do keep your legs significantly warmer. Huh, who would have guessed? And before you hate on them... just don't. Last time I wore them a few of you had choice words about them. To that I say - start your own blog and wear whatever the hell you like. I won't leave nasty comments on it. Promise. I'm too busy.

Three cheers for cozy winter clothes!

I'm not sure I would wear leg warmers myself, but these just look fabulous with your boots, sweater, and vest! Looks stylish but still super warm, which is what the season calls for... I used to live in GR, so I have personal experience with that :)

I really like the leg warmers! Looks really great with the outfit! I can only imagine how cold it is there...in NC it's been in the 40's and 50's and I am freezing!

P.S. Maybe you mentioned a while back about boots at American Eagle...I really can't remember which blog it was (sorry) but anyway if you did I bought them over Thanksgiving weekend for a great deal and I LOVE them! Finally found some riding boots that my feet will go down in! So happy! :)

I think you're wearing the leg warmers the way they are supposed to be worn!!! (i.e. not the way Jane Fonda wore them in her workout videos!!!)

They look adorable tucked into the boots!

I love the outfit. One thing I do not like about living in Houston (and I grew up here, so I have hated this all my life!) is that we don't have an actual winter. Yeah, last year it snowed on December 5, but it was just the one day. So we never get to do the warm, cozy sweater/vest/leg warmers/boots outfits. Boo!

You look adorable as always! Love the bracelet with the gold cuff!

XO,
Kelly

I like the leg warmer/knee sock thing with boots! I'd love to try it, but I'm having a hard time finding boots that don't come up too high on me - I'm only five foot two. Any ideas?

I can't believe people were hating on your legwarmers. They look super adorable peeking out of your boots, and I totally plan to copy that look. :)

i'm living in italy and EVERYONE here seems to wear their pants and boots just like that, so much so that i have been doing the same.

Love the leg warmers. I've been using my man's soccer socks. Leg warmers would be much more practical!

I wore OTK socks with jeans and boots this week and got some pretty strange looks (though I loved it).

Now that I've seen yours (well, leg warmers look similar to the OTK), I KNOW that it works!
