sunday splurge...

I'm having fun coming up with a new classic and timeless, yet modern, splurge for you each Sunday!  Today's seems like a no-brainer... Tory Burch Reva flats in leopard.  Leopard had been going strong for a while now and really, does it ever go out of style? Not really... as long as it's a classy print in a timeless silhouette.  These flats totally fit the bill.  I've been wanting a pair of Reva's forever.  Everyone says they are so comfortable!

I just bought these at the nordstrom sale. I've never bought Sperry before and they were like walking on a cloud...

Oh, super cute! What's the material? I'm always afraid of getting flats like that dirty!

I have these and love them! I bought them on sale at Bloomies and had a friends and family coupon so the splurge was more like a steal!

Love your blog!

I've had these for a couple of years now and I like them okay. I will say that the ponyhair doesn't wear well in the back where the elastic is, it starts to rub off and crack a bit after a while which was a little disappointing. They are absolutely not wear-for-12-hours kind of shoes though, that elastic at the heel will start cutting after a few hours especially if you are on your feet a lot (I guess my feet must swell or something because I'm old - ha!). I've always wondered if the all leather ones would be a little more comfortable in the heel area as opposed to these ponyhair ones?

Tory Burch shoes are cute (if you don't mind advertising for her) but they are NOT comfortable. If you want cute flats that are comfortable, try Attilio Giusti Leombruni (AGL) at Nordstrom. If you do a side by side comparison for comfort, you'll choose AGL every time even if they are more expensive!!!
