mix and match suits?

This past weekend while I was sitting on the beach I was wondering why we (or more specifically "I") don't mix and match bikini pieces... we mix and match up our clothes.  Why not make up some fun variations with our swim wear? Plus... it's a great way to take advantage of the deep discounts that are available on swim wear this time of year.

These would be some fun variations... what do you think? Do you mix and match swim wear?

I love this! I mix and match suits all the time, mainly because I am cheap :). I often find either a top or a bottom on the Target clearance rack, and match it to solids I already own from Victoria's Secret.

Love the second, fourth, and fifth choices! I also mix and match suits all the time because I just can't spend full price on a bathing suit. Like Cora, I find lots of good different color tops and bottoms at Target. Last yeat it was a black top and hot pink bottom.

I love the combo of the white top and those black and white bottoms...so cute!

I have a standard but nice quality black bikini that I mix and match with all sorts of tops and bottoms. I pick up random pieces on clearance racks and almost anything will match the black top or bottom!

This so practical that I've forgotten it was a possibility! Great idea! I know places like Target always have some great pieces this time of the year; they would be perfect for this mix-and-match!

I've been seeing lots of mix and match suits by our pool this summer. We do it with skirts and tops and short and jeans so why not bathing suits!

Love this post, especially since I did just this yesterday! From TK Maxx I bought a fantastic Seafolly white bikini top for £5and some Roxy red and white bottoms for £3 They were all that were left on the rail in my size but they look darn good together.

This year I have a black halter top and bottoms that are zigzag zera print. At first it seemed strange, but everytime I wear them together I feel super unique : )
