(keep in mind my chest is quite small... so the dress will look more "slinky" and less "bosomy" on me...)
I thought a simple pair of nude pumps would be a great option. But when I got home and compared the dress with all of my nude shoes/pumps the "nude" seemed too "orange". Hurummppfff.
So I figured grey would be a good option. People, if you want grey shoes, just forget about it. Or maybe I am being too picky. I have looked high and low and high again for a pair of cute grey pumps or shoe-ties in peep-toe or not, suede or not, platform or not. Really, no rock unturned here.
I super-dee-duper want this pair to go with the dress:
The super-dee-duper bad news is that those beautiful shoes cost $99... and I can hardly justify paying $99 for shoes, period. Much less when I don't know if I will wear them again and even lesser so when the dress only cost $28 - or wait, is that a "pro" instead of a "con"??? ...see people, I'm crazy over it!
Do you lovely people have any advice or kind words for me? Perhaps donations to said shoes?? (I kid, I kid... errr....)

i hate the dilemma of finding the right shoes! have you tried h&m? i swear i saw a pair of cute grey shoes there the other day... not as cute as those gorgeous ones but a heck of a lot cheaper!
I saw some really cute ones like the ones you want on the Target website! & they are having a good sale on them too! I tried posting the links but it took a lot of space! So just go look at the website! I hope you find something!

Definitely check Target if you're looking for something more affordable.
I bought these a couple weeks ago and just wore them for the first time. They are soooo pretty and I got so many compliments! They look much more expensive than $30!

What if you did some fun colorful shoes? Like in purple, green,or coral? You could make it work with coordinating accessories...I think. :)
