Chic for Cheap: New Year - New Colors!

I always love playing along with Creature Comforts and Melissa Loves' Chic for Cheap! This week's challenge is to wear new colors in the New Year! This one is a particularly good challenge for me, especially during the winter months as I end up wearing black. all. the. time. And while black is slimming and chic and maybe a bit mysterious, it does get a little depressing after a while. I've been really into navy blue lately and this set reflects that!
